Today's article is based on a presentation the Bob Burg posted on his Facebook page a little while back. In this 3 minute TED Talk, Richard St. John tells us about the results of his research to a simple question a high school student asked him during a plane ride:
What leads to success?
He didn't have a good answer at the time, so what did he do? He started asking the people at the TED conference what made them successful. Over 7 years and 500 interviews later, he had the results. Watch his presentation and see what you think:
