Hi, I'm Larry
Success Rockets' Founder
I've spent my career helping people, businesses and government agencies use data, technology and economics to develop strategies and improve operations so they can be more effective and profitable. Along the way I also become a trusted career advisor and confident for my team members and others across the companies I worked for.
In 2009, with the financial crisis in full swing I decided to formalize my training as a coach, attending a year long coaching training program at iPEC and later with Reach Personal Branding. After a few years I was asked to join the Forbes Coaches Council and to lead the International Coaching Federation's Coaching Science Community of Practice.
Using my experiences supporting staff at all levels from new graduates to the C-Suite I've developing coaching programs to help people at all levels succeed. My signature The Business of You program is a seven module program that brings the best of business management to supporting your career or life.
In addition to my coaching am a Certified Business EconomistTM , speaker and author papers on multigenerational decision making and housing finance. In my book, The Robot in the Next Cubicle: What You Need to Know to Adapt and Succeed in the Automation Age, I bring history, economics, politics and technology together with personal development topics to help you understand and navigate the disruptions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
My education includes an MPA from George Washington University, an MA in Economics from Rutgers University and a BS in Physics from the University of Massachusetts. I've held director level positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Freddie Mac, IHS Markit and Aetna.

It started simple - I was doing it already and just needed to get the formal training to be better at it. Today I bring it all together using my experience in economics, technology and analytics to provide and understanding and context for helping people build their career and life by design.
